ABOUT EVENT
The Eastern Province Council is the body of living members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, who reside within the geographic boundaries of the administrative subdivision. The Council meets annually, by statute, to conduct fraternity business, elect new officers, update members of initiatives enacted since the last Province Council or Grand Chapter, and recognize the achievements of members.

The Undergraduate Leadership Conference 'Progressing into Higher Heights' is upon us. The 2024 ULC will be a highly structured and intense leadership experience designed to increase undergraduates’ capacity to lead in multiple contexts - in the fraternity, on campus, and in their communities.
This Conference is mandatory for your chapter's Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, and MTA Chairman, as well as all Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 undergraduate initiates. All other undergraduate chapter members are welcome and encouraged to attend this leadership experience.

A: Yes! You have to be financial on all three levels of Kappa Alpha Psi and a member of an Eastern Province undergraduate or alumni chapter to register for the 2024 Eastern Province Council.
